1. Retreat will only proceed if a minimum of 4 confirmed participants.
The final status of the retreat will be confirmed 4 weeks before the time.
If numbers are not met, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
 
2. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 4 weeks before arrival
 
3. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of arrival are non-refundable.
 
4. Because Lourensford Padel courts are outside and subject to the weather, Padel coaching can be moved to another venue close by.
 
5. Yoga is for all ages and fitness levels. You are more than welcome to bring your mats with your bats.
 
6. Albourne Boutique Guesthouse is a guesthouse in Somerset West, and breakfast is provided.
 
7. Lunches and drinks are guests’ expense.

   •   The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
   •   Payment plans may be arranged on request and must be adhered to.

   •   All participants attend LaRevive Retreats at their own risk.
   •   By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in retreat activities, including but not limited to yoga, padel, hikes, and wellness sessions.
   • If you have any existing health conditions or injuries, it is your responsibility to consult a medical professional before the retreat.
   •   LaRevive Retreats is not liable for any illness, injury, or loss sustained during or after the retreat.

4. Travel Insurance
   •   Travel and medical insurance are highly recommended and are the sole responsibility of the participant.
   •   Insurance should cover personal injury, illness, cancellations, and theft or loss of belongings.

   •   LaRevive Retreats, its staff, instructors, and service providers will not be held liable for any personal injury, death, accident, delay, or loss of property during the retreat.
   •   By participating, you waive any claims against LaRevive Retreats for any injury or damage that may occur.

6. Code of Conduct
   •   Participants are expected to respect the retreat environment, facilitators, and fellow guests.
   •   LaRevive Retreats reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

   •   During the retreat, photographs or videos may be taken for marketing and promotional purposes.
   •   If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify us in writing before the retreat begins.
